Route Driver

We are seeking a Full-Time Route Driver/Developer for our popular pickup and delivery division. Our drivers start their day at 7 am, at either our Enola or Carlisle location.

We are looking for friendly people with great driving records, clean background checks, and excellent organizational skills.  This position does requires low-pressure sales for both new business and customer retention.

This position is perfect for someone who…

– Loves driving (a new Mercedes Sprinter van, no less!)
– Likes movin’ & groovin’ vs. sitting behind a desk
– Digs meeting some of the nicest people (i.e. our customers!)
– Wants to support the neighborhood kids’ lemonade stand in the summer

JOB SCHEDULE

• Mon / Tue / Thur / Fri:  7am – 4pm (approximate end time based on weather, traffic, etc.)
• Wed:  Flexible!  This day is reserved for training, and low-pressure sales and customer retention.

COMPENSATION

• $14.00/hour + bonuses for new customer sign-ups + monthly route commission + annual sales goal bonuses. The sky is the limit!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of driving experience
• Dependable
• Ability to physically enter and exit delivery van up to 100 times in an 8-hour work day while loading/unloading clothing orders
• Ability to load your van, and carry clothing to and from designated areas of homes and offices
