- You determine a visible, weather-sheltered location for pickup & delivery by our driver.
- Place your yellow garment bag in the predetermined pickup location.
- Your credit card will be charged twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th.

- What is your delivery charge?
- Nothing! We offer FREE pickup & delivery. You pay 10% off our listed prices.
- Where do you pick up & deliver my clothes?
- You choose a visible, weather-sheltered location you’d like our drivers to service.
- Do I have to be home when a pickup or delivery occurs?
- No. There is no need to be home to use our service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.
- How do I pay for my orders?
- Your credit card will be charged twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th.

- Upon signing up, you will receive a phone call with your twice-a-week pickup & delivery schedule.
