Community Support & Partnerships

We love supporting local community organizations and events.  Our primary areas of support include health, education, social services, public safety and animal welfare.  In 2012, we supported over 250 local community events with donations of gift baskets, gift certificates, in-kind services and/or bottled water. 

	As a Community Partner of Dress for Success South Central PA (DFSSPA), all nine Classic Drycleaners locations serve as drop-off points for women wishing to donate gently used business suits to DFSSPA.  We dryclean and deliver these items to DFSSPA at no cost.
	Three of our nine locations (Linglestown Rd/Harrisburg, Simpson Ferry Rd/Mechanicsburg, E. High St/Carlisle) have Community Aid bins on-site. Clothing donations made into these bins directly benefit the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area. Community Aid donated $50,000 to the HSHA in 2011.
	We are the official Hydration Station of the Harrisburg area! In 2012, we donated over 43,000 bottles of water to local community events and organizations. That’s enough water to fill a 15ft-round, 4-ft-deep swimming pool!
