How Does it work?

  • We visit your home or office twice a week to pickup and deliver your orders.
  • You determine a visible, weather-sheltered location for pickup & delivery by our driver.
  • Place your yellow garment bag in the predetermined pickup location.
  • Your credit card will be charged twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th.

It’s that easy!



What is your delivery charge?  Nothing!  We offer FREE pickup & delivery service.

Where do you pickup & deliver my clothes?  You choose a visible, weather-sheltered location you would like our driver to service.

Do I have to be home when a pickup or delivery occurs?  No.  There is no need to be home to use our service.  Your driver will service your pre-designated location.

How do I pay for my orders?  Your credit card will be charged twice a month (on the 1st and 15th).

How do I know my scheduled pickup and delivery days?  Upon signing up, you will receive a phone call with your twice-a-week pickup & delivery schedule.

How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?  What if I have a problem?  Our designated Customer Service Representative is available to help and to answer any questions.  Please call 717-920-5500 or sent us a message at myfrontdoor@classicdrycleaner.com.

How do I redeem a coupon?  Simply tuck the coupon in your bag tag, and we’ll apply it to your order.

I have some special requests for my garments.  Please leave a detailed note on your bag, identifying the specific garment along with your instructions.  Feel free to print a Special Instructions Form.
